Thinking
startup? Pros & Cons
Startup is just like a growing baby in India. We cannot
neglect this important business body here. Reimagine Indian economy without
startup contribution is a wrong prospects. Have we thought Is startup a easy
process? What are the challenges that a startup body has to face in a place
like India! Or, Is India a very good place to organize a startup? The answer
simply symbols a ‘Yes’ factor. It is because if we concern the data about the
number of unicorns in India, the story tells so. So, India is a very good place to initialize
a startup.
What a startup is?
Startup is a journey
from an idea to a prospective marketplace, which includes all the assets and
liabilities of a general business with adding a new value to the business. In
informal way , we can say that it starts from a solution to a problem in the
society. It is not mandatory that you have to put all the stuffs of a big
business modules to one place in the initial phase of a startup. But it is
beneficial that you remain ready to scale up your startup. India is a land of
agriculture. If you start an agritech startup, farmers will know in some time
that you are associated somehow with farming and allied activities. But if you
start an online marketplace of any products, the same farmer will be in trouble
in thinking that how it is processing? That is because of low IT literacy which
is found in rural india. And we know that are lots of startups are coming from
IT field. And they are loosing a scope in rural sector in India. Still india has
a vast population living in rural sector. So, we are loosing a momentum of
startup if line up on national platform. We can easily say that startups are
still a body which is growing in urban sector mostly.
Now, Considering the urban sector challenges for a startup.
We are living in a country, where education is still a challenge for entire
nation. And raising a startup is not easy for such a person who is not even
literate. It is so because, he has to put his idea to a team of various kind of
stakeholders. Startup is just like
shining a star which has the capabilities of shining like the sun.
Considering an other case of pricing system of our country which is still a
developing country. Here most of the poor states have very low per capita
income. And to establish & running a startup in such state is a tedious
task as to make a marketplace for a
startup with a new product or service, is not easy.
Considering an other
challenge that a startup faces till its final stage is “Branding & Promotion”. We know there are lots of
marketing techniques available these days. But which business suits what
technique is an important task. However right strategy sure gives a better
output to a startup or a business giants.
But inspite of all the challenges, Indian startups have shown
their great results and they are doing good work. They need support but are facing a mix of
feedback also.
