Preface
Have you ever thought about a
driver? I am not blaming any person. But he is the person who actually gives
you a journey and make you to move through a path. You can called him a driver
or a leader for a time interval. In the same way we choose someone in our life
who might be responsible for selecting your destiny and path of your life. How
it happens? Your journey is a part of
your life and for how much time your leader is the part of your life desides
the destiny in most of the cases. We faith on him for mutual goals. So, Your
leader is such a driver who have your powers and can make you feel achiever or
looser.
What are the reasons that causing
which are keeping India on back foot.
Some of them are:-
Technology driven:-
We
are living in the digital era. We find ourselves very much talented in
technology. But still how are we far behind from western countries. No one is
thinking about sci-fi here. Is there only to get livelihood is our need and
future! How are we restricted to these boundaries? Of course, we are developing
but what is the AIM? It can be nothing else ‘Nationalism’. Lot of factors work
behind nationalism.
So,
How researchers are not finding their products in this supportive environment!Why
every new digital technology are outcome of western entrepreneurs or researchers?
Very few are our own. Why till this time as India such a large country have not
even its operating system in computers. We know ‘sanskrit’ an ancient language
which is very acceptable in computer language system. But we have no any
research project over this language to generate it as a new computer language.
This is the time when Indian computer scientists can give India a new bright
face and challenging platform overall. They can change even history. More
organizations and researchers should come ahead with their innovations. Modern
age startups can also move in this direction. With not only unique products,
but also with new widely used products in technology. This so called coming
technology would not be only beneficial in day to day life but also should be
accepted for studies in Indian universities. So, that Indian product can be
widely accepted all over the world. This will make India to approach as with
new strong hands in front of the world.
Every
Indian student should once go through SWOT analysis of his/her ability in his
life to make their career.
Politics driven:-
We
are very knowledgeable, but why we cannot choose politics as a career in life
although we know what can be the exposure of money and power in this sector!
Coming to the context of India. Indian politics are many times deeply rooted in
the state of bihar. If we consider “Gandhi’s movement” of Paschim champaran
before independence and “Jayprakash andolan” after independence during
emergency, every time bihar plays an important role. Patliputra was also the
capital of ancient India also known as Magadh a very much developed dynasty.
Bihar is also referred as laboratory of Indian politics these days. But why
Bihar , it is because still biharis are on last bench of any development scale
in Indian context. And we have largest population after UP. So, everytime we
(bihari politicians) act as catalyst in Indian politics framework. Now Coming
to country after this introduction. We are from the land of different kingdoms
spreaded all over the country. So, our country is made up of different
ambitions and powers. And it makes a heterogeneous situation all over the
country which is a tedious mark for unity in India. We are united as so called
one nation but are our ambitions united for the same country! But why having
with so much resources, a number of people are below povertyline? Is this not a
system drawback! We are on the path of sick political system network. It is because we should consider politics is only
for well being of public , not for only win and lose driven political system.
What can be a better way to solve
poverty at an individual level? Actually poverty is not an individual problem.
It is a theory of relation between demand (population) and supply
(resources).We might come to the conclusion that how this balance can be
maintained! Poverty is a social problem whose solution is not only to generate
merely an income source for every individual and sit back but needs to solve
the problem at many angles. Even it might needs a family point of view to how
to become get rid from this problem and become wealthy with other than
traditional sources of income. In this way Aim of India can be achieved. You
can see this pattern how the difference between eastern india and western part
of india do for their living! We cann’t ignore government policies in deciding
a state’s future. As the rules and regulations are different in different
states of the country. So, how can a single mandate can come for removal of
poverty! Policies can easily solve social issues and can make a change in
socio-economic structure of a society and state. Obviously, there are only two
options a government or political parties can choose to take a lead. First is
by rising above than it’s own political future and serve for social well being
and second is which is mostly used by choosing ‘political wellness’ by putting
social wellness aside. A country’s future can highly impacted by political agendas.
So, we found there can be a process of two way interaction where people
interacts with political system and can make a better political composition. It
is not only our duty but it should be on priority basis too for a country like
india.
Sports
driven
A healthy body and mind is very
much needed to take right decision. A healthier society has greater scope. They
can take strong and right decisions in every aspects of living. Sports are not
only a sector of various games , but now a days it is a platform for big career
too. We can find our role players among the faces of good sportspersons. If we
take sports as a career opportunity then we have a wide and big platform for
our life. In other way, a country’s reputation can be raised high internally
and externally both due to sport’s spirit. So, here sky is the limit.
An extraordinary performance of a
country for all around can’t be assure with neglecting sports as a major
approach among other countries.
Brain
drain driven
38% of doctors in United States,
36% of scientists at NASA, 34% of Microsoft employees are Indians (according to
ministry of HRD, 2008). So, india is facing a problem of migration of highly
skilled professionals for last few decades. We think this migration is only
through career prospects. But it is a loss of skilled manpower/professionals
which are trained in our country by a
huge investment in premier institutes. And they work in foreign for the
development of those countries. In the context of india, loosing of these kind
of professionals is called Brain drain. Government should rethink over it that
how this migration can be stopped by giving them much needed compensation and
facilities here in India also. These are the reasons that why western countries
are far ahead of India in technologies and management both simultaneously and
continuously for years.
India needs an industrial
revolution too to make a competence with developed nations. We need to develop
a master policy in indian context where how India can be great or in a category
of developed nation in fast pace. So, here startups also come. We can satisfied
in life with our startups, one of the good way to earn more than merely a
salary. However government needs to take serious steps for revolution.
Nationality
driven
As we discussed we are the country
of different cultures. So, we are not united as mindset according to different
geographical prospects. And after this in india, politics is driven by such
system due to number game of population mostly. So, how nationality can grow
among people is the big question. Merely to celebrate independence day is not a
big kind that we are patriotic. And without the factor of nationalism, a
country cannot develop in right manner.
Here politics is also compelled due
to the factor of number of votes and system, but politicians should realize
that there is a way where some tough decisions and sacrifices are needed in
interest of the country. These tough decisions will make the country strong and
united where nationalism can grow. In current scenario we are divided according
to geographical boundaries and prospects. If we have no any same vision in
interest of our country then how nationalism can evolve? In context of our
country, have we ever thought, what are our responsibilities for our country!
It starts from a person of government to the last person of public that all are
‘Indians’ first. So, we should keep the priority of our nation first, then only
we can hope for united prospects within the nation. And government
responsibility that it should be strict by keeping this nationalism spirit in
every individual.
There are some other ways from
where we can digout for the nationalism.
This we can learn from our neighbor
country china and their policies. China made themselves asia’s most powerful
country in recent decades. China is such a country which has the capacity to
beat western countries too. How this happened? This is due to rules and regulations
which china followed and the policy of nationalism above all. Like their
industrial revolution with Public-Private partnership for wellbeing of policy
and structure of society.
In the same way India should
realize that how we can move great ahead of all and what are loopholes in
policies which are restricting india on back foot. Lots of factors are working,
but we and government should understand for better nationalism spirit and good
governance India still needs revolution. And people should keep their personal prospects
after wellness of national prospects and nationalism.

personal agendas”
